Do you offer Long-Term discounts?
Yes, if you book for 28 days or more we can offer a special discount and include other benefits!
It’s my first time in Sosúa and I don’t know any good places to visit?
If you are not sure of where to go, please make sure to read our Things To Do section.

Are pets allowed?
Pets must be approved by the Management Team, so you must send a picture of your pet to make sure it is not very big, please enquire and learn more.
Are guests allowed?
Yes, however, you are fully responsible for any damage they may cause.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are allowed.
Is the pool private?
The Villa has its own private pool so you can enjoy the ultimate privacy!
Can I smoke inside?
We have a very strict no-smoking inside rule and additional cleaning fees will be charged.
Do you have other villas/properties?
Yes, please inquire about what you’re looking for and we will provide a selection of options for you.
Can I get pick-up and drop-off from the airport?
The pick-up and drop-off is available for 28+ days bookings, but it’s also available if needed for shorter stays at an additional cost. We can also help you to get a rental car, if needed.
What’s included?
At the time of arrival we will include all the tools you need to cook and use the kitchen, water, linen, towels, toilet paper, etc. Once in there you will need to buy as you need.
A FREE maid service per week is included with all our weekly or longer bookings, when requested. You can also request for extra service at additional cost.
Towels and Bedsheets Laundry is on Fridays; we provide a clean set at the time of pick-up.
We include 2 beers as a gift.
28+ days bookings include pick-up and drop-off from POP airport if needed. Shorter bookings can request the service at additional cost.
